Excellent Feedback in Atlanta!

The results are in, and the Atlanta 221(d)(4) Seminar was a huge success...as judged by the attendees. It was a good, working session in which we had time to overview the process, as well as discuss specific, real-world situations and Best Practices, which everyone enjoyed.

Here are some of the comments we received from some of the attendees.

"
I thought the seminar was great. The information was relevant and well presented." -Mike (Investor and Developer)

"It was a very good day, glad I attended." - David (Developer)

"
I thought the class was great." -Keith (FHA lender)

"
...the seminar was the most useful presentation I have attended in the last several years. It was informative, straightforward and sequential in its delivery, Jeff and Steve did an excellent job detailing the 221 d-4 program." -Frank (Property Manager and Developer)

Plan to join us in our next 221(d)(4) Seminar, later this year!

May 6th Seminar

We've scheduled our next 221(d)(4) Seminar in Atlanta, on May 6th, 2008. This One-day Seminar will be held at the Westin Hotel Atlanta Airport, a short, complimentary shuttle ride from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.

The Seminar will begin at 9:00 AM, and end at 4:00 PM. We will provide a light, working lunch. Seminar materials, spreadsheets and forms, and your class workbook are included in the $350 Seminar tuition.

Your Instructors are experienced investment real estate professionals, and have no affiliation with the financing industry, or with any specific lender. This allows them to present you with the strengths and the weaknesses of the 221(d)(4) program in a clear and unbiased fashion.

You will leave this seminar with an excellent understanding of the benefits (and possible pitfalls) of this program, and a good handle on the best way to make it work for your developments and your organization.

Brokers- bring your clients, and help them find financing in this difficult credit market!

Developers- equip yourselves and your staff with a full understanding of this potentially empowering program!

Lenders- what better way to gain an overview of the process and the program, from a developer's perspective!
